What makes The Casa Breakfast special?

We source our ingredients from many areas!

Our black pepper comes from Kampot, Cambodia. We have found that it has a robust and distinct flavor perfect for egg dishes.
We smoke our own thick sliced naturally smoked bacon using a secret cure recipe!, we cut our bacon at 3.5mm and cook it slowly for best taste.
Our coffee beans are grown in Sagada Philippines and roasted in Baguio City by our suki coffee dealer. We grind it fresh here daily for our guests!
Joanne’s special Mango pancakes use only local Zambales Mangos from San Marcelino.
We use San Felipe Longanisa, custom made for us by our suki there. A special blend of pork, garlic and spices!
Our special recipe spicy sage sausage is made in house by Roy using an old recipe with organic pork and 9 different herbs and spices.
Our sourdough starter originates from the Pertierra Family of Manila and here in Zambales the starter has developed a unique flavor for our organic whole wheat bread that we bake here.
Our strawberry jam comes from Baguio city.
Our aged Suka Illoco comes from the sugar cane fields of Illocos Norte.
We get our Special Pork Tocino from our supplier San Fernando, Pampanga!
Our Zambales rice is supplied by a local farmer
Our fresh ocean fish is catch of the day from the local fishermen.
Many of our fresh organic garden vegetables are grown by the mountain Aetas tribes of San Felipe and San Augustin Zambales
